Yeah, this is not a new implementation. They are currently running 200
agents on the existing 7845. I just wanted to find a stable version to
recommend instituting the HA setup.

I would scale your CRS Engine boxes as 7845s for that number of agents...
The goal here is that one server should support the total (so, a loss of a
server won't take you out).

I knew I forgot something. How many agents have you seen this run
successfully with? We currently have about 200. Have you had any
problems with this system or has it always been working smoothly?

Easy enough, you install the first node, then it prompts you to install
the second... install the engine on the two, make sure you use the same
profile... easy as pie.

Go with 4.0(5) and OS 2000.4.3aSR9...

Has anyone configured this setup? If so could you describe your setup?

IPCC version (and SR if applicable)
OS version
Any known problems or gotchas and what you did to fix them (if it was
fixed)

I am working at a shop where they they have heard bad things about the
IPCC failover setup. This was probably about 8 months ago so I am hoping
to hear some success stories and better stability for this setup now.
