[cisco-voip] FXO port troubleshooting

I'm having trouble with two FXO ports. All calls
directed to these two out of six ports fail.
Apparently, the customer says that telco is saying
those two lines look shipshape from their side. I do
not know where to start when trying to find why these
two FXO ports do not carry calls properly. Any
assistance in this matter would be appreciated.

Other details ->

This is a group of six FXO ports on a high density
analog port.

I tested all ports through isolation. I shut all down
but my test subject and discovered that two of these
FXO ports wouldn't function properly.
