[cisco-voip] 7960s become unresponsive

You might as well beta-test for Cisco... they need the real-world testing...

I cannot count the number of times I have used a customer to see if a new
release from Cisco was going to blow up (just make sure that customer is not
the 'freak-out and sue you' kind of customer...)

Eventually, you have to try the new code on someone to see what happens...
Generally, I have found that the three-week rule is a good thing to
follow... if it is still on CCO after three weeks, it is probably stable...
