[cisco-voip] Licensing system on 5.X: why so trouble cisco??!!!!

You did the right thing... if the PAK is not being accepted by the website,
then you need to send an email to licensing at cisco.com
Easy enough, they usually get back to you within an hour or two...
Just make sure you send them the PAK, the MAC-address of the CCM (go to IPT
Platform and then show network (can't remember off the top of my head), and
see what MAC is there...)
And yes, you need to do this every time you get a new device...
It would be nice if you could get cisco to consolidate license files (I have
one customer with nearly 100 of them for their server (they keep buying
phones one by one as they get a new employee and you can't upload a zip of
licenses..)
