[cisco-voip] Resetting this godforsaken 7960

Hello;
 
 I could answer u in the manual configuration part. first u should unlock the setting of the phone this is done by pressing **# after pressing the setting key, then you must set the DHCP enabled (option number 30 ) to no then now you can give the phone and IP address and give it the tftp server.

So I go to reset this 7960 to factory default (it was a leftover from an
install).

Hold the # key during bootup...

Configuring VLAN

TFTP File not found...

Did I miss something. Why is the 7960 trying to obtain VLAN information.
Why am I
not able to manually enter DHCP information and specify my own TFTP
location...
