Are they IP Phone agents or Desktop Agents?

 

They do have some visibility using the Supervisor Desktop, Also if they
are using the Agent Desktops there is some information shown on the
agents history.

 

You can run real time reports and historical reports, although
historical reports should only be run after hours. 

 

What information are they wanting to see? 

 

If you are running IPCC Express Premium you could do something with the
CRS Databases to provide a screen pop for the custy?
