[cisco-voip] CCME 7961 + 7914 configuration file problems

I found the error. It was a *user* error...*cough* me
*cough*.
Underneath CCME it is vital to NOT place the file
extension following the load statement. Once I got rid
of the .loads extension off of the end and reset the
phones, the correct firmware was loaded and the time
was fixed.
