[cisco-voip] Resetting this godforsaken 7960

to successfully complete a factory reset you have to connect the phone
to DHCP enabled network with the TFTP Server option (150) set and the
correct file located on the TFTP Server... Its NOT possible to set any
value after initiating the factory reset sequence...
