[cisco-voip] Call ready status for IPCC Agent Desktop

You have configured Automatic Work (if you look at the agent, they are set
to a little folder instead of a red or green traffic light).

You can disable automatic work, or enable automatic wrap up time... So,
after 10 seconds, they are thrown back into ready.
