[cisco-voip] Unity 5.0 CCM compatibility

I think the matrix needs a lot of updates and revisons. I was accessing it yesterday and I found an entry for callmanager 4.3 and then all of a suddan today it disapperas.

Instead of all these acquisitions, I think Cisco should hire some more people to keep documentation up to date. ;)
