Thanks...... I was using Excel and didn't see the spaces.  Opened in
Notepad deleted spaces and worked.  THANKS

I have seen this if there is a space in the name

open the csv file and take a look there should be no spaces between the
commas and the MAC address

This is a 7941 and I have verified the Mac Address.  I scanned it in
with 170 other phones and all the other ones have been working.  Any
ideas?
