[cisco-voip] IPMA 7960

I am trying to configure IPMA using a 7961 for the manager and a 7960
for the assistant. While trying to log into the IMPA service from the
7960 IP phone I keep getting the following error "Cisco IPMA Service is
not supported on this device". I am running 4.1.3sr3c. I can log in to
the assistant software but not to the IP phone.
