[cisco-voip] gsm calls goes from PRI instead of the fxo ports

hi
ccm 4.1.3 .
we have PRI line and FXO line for fct/ gsm
my customer says they wanna use fxo line for gsm speeches. 
i made route list that contains 2 route group. one route gorup for fxo line and one route group for pri line. 
the first route group in the rouıte list is fxo for gsm connections.But when they calls gsm calls goes from pri instead of fxo.
what can be the problem.
also how can i see calls goes from which port which route group.. 
and by using digit analysis  tool , can i see which call use which route group
