[cisco-voip] CUE MWI problem and CCME phone ringing problem

One customer out of many has her MWI turn on only
after a good 30mins this is not a system-wide problem
but only isolated to this customer's phone. 


Another customer's phone (7961+7914) does not ring.
Already tried factory reset and switching cables...not
sure what to do next. This customer's phone was
working only two days ago. They recently updated to a
DST-fixed firmware/load.

Any ideas on how to resolve these issues?
