[cisco-voip] CRS agent questions

I have a supervisor that wants her people to have agent lines to be able
to use the recording/monitoring utility only.  She doesn't want a call
group to transfer to, just the recording stuff.  I don't see an issue
with this, but since I am very new at all of this, I am asking for
advice.  I have a team that I can put them in if need be and I could
create a group for them if I need to, but I would rather not create one
if I don't need to.  We have IPCC Express 4.0(3) right now.
