[cisco-voip] 7940s still don't have the right time

I had a similar problem and reapplied the DST patch and it fixed it.  The
way the DST patch readme is worded it is like it needs to be reapplied if
you sneeze on the CallManager much less make any changes to it.

I did.  When I upgraded for DST, this is what I did:

- upgraded OS to 2000.4.2sr16
- upgraded CM to 4.2.3
- upgraded CM with 4.2.3sr1
- applied 4.2.3 DST patch
- updated my 7970 firmware to 8.2.1 (then later moved back to 8.0.4sr3as

ARGH!

My Call Managers running CM 4.2.3sr1 have the right time.  My 7970
phones have the right time.  I have a few 7940s and none of them get the
correct time, all of them are 1 hour behind.  I even updated their
firmware to 8.0.5, the latest.  I thought the 7940/7960 phones got their
time from the CallManagers?

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.  Oh, and even more thanks to our government for
pushing this DST junk on us.  Grrrrr.
