[cisco-voip] Quick Question About 911 Policy - Please Respond - Quick Response

Depends on the laws in the area you are in, and GET ADVICE FROM YOUR 
LEGAL DEPT.

What we do, is for 9911 we route right away,  for 911 we play a very 
short message via the IVR that says you called 911 please wait for the 
emergency services.

We also took all the faxes and blocked 911 from them.  That solved most 
of our issues.
