[cisco-voip] Message waiting light on - no messages

Do a resync on Unity....... Depending on # of subscribers this could
take a while.

End users started having problems with their message waiting indicators
this a.m.  We restarted our unity server, but the lights are still on
with no messages.  Any suggestions?
