[cisco-voip] Difference between these two

Can anyone clarify the differences between the two sets of commands
below?

 

Newer config 12.4.11.T2

voice service voip

   h323

       call preserve

 

 

Older running-config 12.4.4XC2

voice class h323 1

   h225 timeout tcp establish 0

      call preserve
