[cisco-voip] Calls from the PSTN getting 'No circuit/channel available'

Hi, I had this often before, try to play around with bchan order. change
from bottom up to top down. I also had, that I simply could not use any
of 4 channels out of 30. So contact also your telco and ask for the
channels and if they have any problem.
I have also seen, that someone has bought 16 channels and the telco only
had 12 delivered.
So I think it is a isdn layer 3 channel selection problem, of a channel
that simply not exists.
