[cisco-voip] CCM 4.2 and Off-Hook

I'm looking for a way to discover the status of all phones in a CCM4.2 cluster (primarily on/off hook, although information on who they're talking to, etc. would be great if available). Is this information just kept in memory on the server (i.e. inaccessible from another program), in the main database somewhere, or is there another location this information is stored? Obviously, the quicker this information updates the better, but the delay can be as great as 15-20 seconds after the status change without much of a problem. Does anyone know where I might be able to get this information?
