Conditions:

bars 4.0.12

Workaround:

downgrade to 4.0.11

Further Problem Description:

[Warning] Failed to copy URL Services page. Couldn't find IIS Root
Directory for CCMCIP



However, I was under the belief that this was cosmetic in nature...
