[cisco-voip] Does CSCsb42763 for pickup in Broadcast groups work in CCM 5.x?

Hi,
does the engineering fix CSCsb42763 work in CCM 5.0(4a)?
I want to be able to pickup a ringing extension in the same pickup group 
with me but which belongs to a broadcast group.
