[cisco-voip] "verifying load" Message on Phone?

Thanks.  The site is not in SRST mode,  but it is a remote site that
uses SRST for emerg. backup.  Apparently, the phone just took a long
time to load its software.  Thanks all.

Have you tried power cycling the phone?  Does the phone have
connectivity back to CallManager?  A new phone won't be able to register
with your SRST device unless it has registered with CallManager
successfully at least once.

which we programmed and are attempting to register at an SRST site.  We
have not run into this problem before.   I am trying to instruct someone
"on the ground" in that location as we are 3000 miles away.  Would a
