What passwords are you trying to change? administrator? ccmdministrator, Directory Manager?
IPCC only cares about administrator/ccmadministrator and DC's Directory Manager.
Please provide more details and what exactly ipcc doesn't like about it so I could offer something.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Changing password on CCM 4.1(3) with IPCCx connected
I'm trying to figure out how to change the CCM cluster
password but discovered that CRS doesn't like that and
proceeds to refuse to talk to CCM properly. Any hints?
Paul
