[cisco-voip] "CM down, features disabled" Message

sometimes I see this message with IPcom when connecting using VPN and the connection is not good, but after the call the phone doesnot restart

Yes I have seen this only a few weeks ago with a
customer's phone. Unfortunately I can't remember what
the hell I did to resolve it. :(
