[cisco-voip] How do is see if both pub and sub are sync'd? [bcc][faked-from][html-rem]

Using SQL enterprise manager, see if you have any red X signs on the replication agent.
 
Also create a phone via ccmadmin and verify with the same sql enterprise manager that it is on the subscriber's copy of the database.
