[cisco-voip] Maximum outgoing call duration

A bit more detail? :-) Forgive me, I'm new to the list.

In the mean time, I did find the "Maximum Call Duration Timer" in
CallManager Service Parameters, however, I'd still be interested if this
would be possible to apply only to outgoing calls. As far as I
understand this, this timer limits ALL calls in the system, including
on-net calls.
Since the client asked for something like 7minutes on external calls,
limiting all internal (and incoming) calls to 7 minutes as well seems a
bit harsh.
