[cisco-voip] Unallocated/Unassigned Number for 911 call...

Just an update for everyone.  The customer signed a waiver with the
Telco to remove 911 service on this circuit.  Previously 911 service
utilized separate analog circuits.

So the Telco switch was saying 911 was an unallocated number because the
switch wasn't accepting 911 calls on this circuit.

Do you only get this result with 911? What about other numbers?
