[cisco-voip] 7910 on 3560-poe switch?

hi,

i have a 7910 ip phone. trying to power it up using inline power from 3560-POE(enhanced ios image).
the "show power inline" show that 7910 is connected and 15.4watts have been granted but the phone never comes up and get the dial-tone, although other phones (7912 and 7940) are working fine?
