[cisco-voip] IPCC-X Access

IPCC express access is controlled from within IPCC express. It can tie
into AD or DC Directory, but you have to provision users to be IPCC-X
admins from within IPCC-X. There is a documented process on the cisco
site for doing a password recovery should you not know an account that
is already an admin...

Also in various versions (maybe all?) the user id is case sensitive when
using DC Directory, not sure about AD however.
