[cisco-voip] 7910 on 3560-poe switch?

It is my understanding and experience that phones work best left to
auto-negotiate.  I always hard code the servers to 100 / full and leave the
phones set to auto.

You can hard code the phones. Just keep in mind that the 7910 is 10 / half
only.
