[cisco-voip] CCM4.0 CCUM4.0 Upgrade Advice

We are a small office with (25) 7960 phones and (2) 7815  Windows 2000
Servers with CM 4.0(2a)sr1a and UM 4.0(3).

We have a service contract with cisco that provides for free software
ugrades, however the CM 7815 is end of life., 

I was thinking of replacing the CM 7815 with at MCS-7816-I3-IPC1.

Here is my delima:

 

I don't want to upgrade both servers at the same time.

The latest version of CM will not work with Unity 4.0(3).

Should I first install an older version of CM that will work with Unity
4.0(3) on the new MCS-7816?

What is the most current version of Unity that will run on my Unity
MCS-7815? Will that still work with my CCM 4.0(2a)sr1 if I Unity first?

 

I know that I need to upgrade both of the servers hardware with the most
current version of CM and Unity.

Which should I do first to minimize pain, suffering and cost.
