Unplug the PC, wait four hours for ARP cache to expire, or call Comcast
and ask them to re-provision DHCP for the new router. Otherwise, you
may need to wait up to 12 hours for the DHCP address to expire.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Comcast Voice Blocking Cisco Router DHCP

I have an employee using an 877 router with VPN to our office. She
upgraded from standard Comcast to Comcast Voice. Now the 877 router
will not get a DHCP ip address on its WAN port, and therefore no
internet. Her computer connected directly to the new modem works fine.
We have tried everything, including mac address cloning, as wells as
different cables, and nothing seems to fix this. Is anyone aware of a
fix for the router settings?
