[cisco-voip] strange behavior.

hi

we have branch office deployed all over the country for one of the clients. i have added an isdn pri line to voice gatway 2 to 3 days ago. the voice gateway is H.323 and registers with CCM 4.1.

before yesterday, when a call is received from pstn and forwarded to one of the extensions only the caller  on pstn  side hears nothing. But surperisingly call between head office to branches and vice versa are working fine. 

need urgent help
