[cisco-voip] SMDI CM 5.1 - USB only?

They're 100% Centrex today and this is thier existing VM system so
unfortunately it appears this is our only option unless NEC comes back
stating that we can do SIP however I'd supect even with SIP we'd
probably still need SMDI for MWI.
