[cisco-voip] Gateway rejects call?

Yes and a Nortel on the same gateway with same CSS configuration can
dial that number.  The only difference is the trace for Castelle Fax
Press shows the fax press sending "local number"

Can the gateways Calling Search Space call the called party number?
