[cisco-voip] Static on FXS lines

(Call Manager 4.1)

we have a remote site on an old PBX, analog phones (ick). They are moving
to a new office with shiny new 7961's waiting for everyone (yeah) that
doesn't happen until February and this started happening....

Gateway is 2610 (12.3) running MGCP and has a EN Voice 2V module with 2
2-port FXS cards in it. When the remote site wants to dial someone by
extension they dial 7+ and grab an FXS line and go...has worked great for 2
years. Now there is noise (severe static) on the second and fourth FXS
line...(1/0/1 and 1/1/1 voie-ports respectively).

I changed out FXS cards, I changed out EN's in case it was a DSP issue. I
even changed out 2610 chassis's and still the static. I replaced cabling to
PBX and had vendor replace line card in PBX. If I reset the voice-ports
(shut/no shut) they run clean about 4-8 hours and then the static comes
back.

I am running *debug voice ccapi inout* and everything seems to be smooth...
is there a better debug command to capture this issue?

Has anyone experienced this before...

Short of opening a TAC case, I can't think of what teh next step should
be...

Thanks in advance

Kevin
