If the gateway is restarted does the problem show up again (the 30
second delay?)... can you include a excerpt of your code and what
version of IOS you are running on the gateway?
We had this scenario (running with a CCM) to a lucent PBX and didn't
have this problem.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Call delays MGCP gateway
I am having an issue with our Cisco MGCP gateway 2811 PRi interface to
an
Lucent PBX.
We have a CCM 4.2 clsuter, the initial call through the GW to a phone on
the
PBX takes almost 30 seconds to
send the digits over the PRI to the PBX, subsequent calls from the phone
to
the PBX are less than 1 second setup time.
Therefore, it seems the delay is on the ip side on the inital call only,
does anyone have an thoughts for checking this out.
Thanks
