[cisco-voip] I'm just not getting around the "sorry"

OK same issue next verse same as the first........

I have setup UCCx script to press 2 for spanish and then it redirects
to an extension (1016)

if no answer I get Sorry users name is not available rather then the
greeting.  How do I get it to go to the greeting?
