[cisco-voip] Cisco Desktop Administrator wont let me do anything

[Cucumber Green]

Do anybody know why Cisco Desktop Administrator wont allow me do  anyhting?
  I cant add supervisors (the add button is greyed out), I cant add workflows (the new option in the menu is grayed out), etc, etc.
