[cisco-voip] CRS 6.0 liscensing...

Dear All,

         Does anybody knows about the licensing of CCX 6.0 Email
Interaction Management. Is that license is included or excluded in
normal concurrent agent inbound license or they require exclusive order
to obtain this functionality?
