Let me clarify...Not during installation, I meant on a 4.2.1 install of
Unity.

[cisco-voip] Unity - Windows Registry issue
Has anyone received the message below on a Unity 4.2.1 install before.
According to articles we have googled this is a corrupt registry hive
issue. Problem is that we have seen it happen on two different Unity
servers within a week so we are a bit concerned.
Windows Could not Start because file is missing or corrupt
C:\WINNT\System32\config\SYSTEMced
