[cisco-voip] CCM 5.1 changing NIC speed/duplex

Documentation of 5.1 should also apply to 6.0 ,if something is changed it
would be updated in a new doc, it's like unity documentation where
documentation of 4.0.5 applies to releases 4.1 and 4.2.
