Well, I have VMWare Server GSX (I think 3, it is on my home PC)...
with 4GB of RAM and about 1.5TB of HD space...

On my laptop I am running VMWare Workstation 5.5 (also 4GB with 100GB
of HD space)....

We also have a DL380G3 running VMWare ESX 3.1 (IIRC)... with 8GB of
RAM and about 400GB of HD space...

We are an EMC partner, so I get everything cheap (aka 'free').
