Yes, but if you are locally connected (or remote), there is no
conceivable reason to xmodem an IOS.
Go into rommon, type 'set'
then fill out the info (IP_ADDRESS=1.1.1.1; DEFAULT_GATEWAY,
SUBNET_MASK, etc...)
and use tftpdnld to get the IOS on there...
