[cisco-voip] Unity Express Voicemail DID

Hi All,
One of our client want to have DID number for check voice mail from
out side. means when they dial this DID number it should connect to VM
and ask user their user ID and Password. Internal voice mail extension
is 8000. I have created ephone-dn for DID number and did call forward
all to 8000. then it says this number does not have mail box asign....
They use CME 4.1 with Cisco Unity 2.3.
any information would be greatly appreciated.
