Has anyone come across this error before:

  App ID: Cisco CTIManager

  Cluster ID: StandAloneCluster

  Node ID: 172.32.3.2

Explanation: Application is unable to open the line

Recommended Action: Check if the device is in the control list..

 

It basically only started this afternoon for an agent who can't login to
their Cisco Agent Desktop (CAD).

 

It previously used to work but I checked if the phone in question was
associated with the user rmjtapi which it is.

 

When the user logs on, they get a dialog box which advises "Unexpected
Error".

 

This is the only user affected but couldn't find any clues as to what to
do to rectify it.

 

Any assistance gratefully received.
