[cisco-voip] Verizon DCS

True for wireless providers but not for land circuits.

We cannot port numbers between central offices here, even Verizon to 
Verizon.

They simply don't have the ability to do it.  If you know how, please 
tell me the magic words to say to the carrier to have it done.
