[cisco-voip] ccm5 in vmware

no changes on configuration settings, but I have used an external usb hard
disk
as vmware repository, instead the internal SATA HD. I hope this can help.
I have tried to install again on SATA disk, mapped via vmware as buslogic
SCSI and It doesn't work.
